Returns / Exchanges

We make every effort to fulfill your order correctly, completely and with the utmost care and concern. However, we do realize that sometimes returns are unavoidable. If you need to return an item for either exchange or refund please read the following guidelines:

There will be a 30% restocking fee on all controlled items returned because of failed background checks or restrictions due to state laws.

Federal law requires that you be 21 years or age or older to purchase a stripped receiver, frame or pistol. If a frame or receiver can only be made into a long gun (rifle or shotgun), it is still a frame or receiver not a handgun or long gun. However, they still are "firearms" by definition, and subject to the same GCA limitations as any other firearms. See Section 921(a)(3)(b). 18 U.S.C. Section 922(b)(1) makes it unlawful for a licensee to sell any firearm other than a shotgun or rifle to any person under the age of 21.

Inspect for damage. Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturers warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Please take the time to inspect your item within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns made after 30 days will be refused.

Any newly manufactured item should be returned to the manufacturer for exchange.  In most cases, the manufacturer carries the warranty on these parts and needs to be replaced by the factory as not to void that warranty. When in doubt, please contact the manufacturer first to make arrangements for the return.

Exchanges are handled in the order received.  Depending upon season, volume of business or product availability, you may experience a short delay in receiving your exchange.

All refunds will be less a 3% credit card processing fee, unless waived due to an error in fulfilling your original order properly.

All returns are subject to inspection or testing at our facility. If we deem the product to be satisfactory and as advertised, the total refund could be less a 15% restocking fee.

All accessories originally shipped with the item must be returned with the item (including magazines, etc.) to receive a full refund. Return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returned items should be sent using Ground service through any carrier.  COD packages will be refused. Charges incurred from shipping centers will not be reimbursed.

If you have any questions about a Return and/or Exchange, please email for more information.
